Higher Dart is a cosy cottage to let for holidays all year round. It is positioned close to the beautiful River Dart, the famous and popular Ferry Boat Inn public house and nationally celebrated seafood restaurant, The Anchorstone Cafe, all set in the pretty village of Dittisham, near Dartmouth in South Devon.
It includes a Sitting Room and Kitchen on the ground floor, a Half Landing arranged as an Office/Workspace and a large Bedroom furnished with a King Size Bed and Bunks, suitable for a Single Person, a Couple or a Small Family with Children – and the en suite Family Bathroom off the bedroom. There is no outside space, but the cottage is only eight doors from the beach and The Ham (play park) is five minutes walk. Well behaved dogs are very welcome for a small premium.
